Lil Yacthy, is a musician, rapper and music producer, best known for his single 'One Night'. Miles Parks McCollum, his actual name, is Miles Parks McCollum. He is also known by the names Nautica Boat Boy and Lil Boat. Two mixtapes, "Summer Songs 2" and "Lil Boat" led him to become known as a household name. This wasn't his first attempt to sing. His initial recognition came in August of 2015 with his two singles "One Night" and "Minnesota'. Both were part of his debut EP (Extended Play) named 'Summer songs'. The current roster of his music labels includes 'Capital Records' and "Quality Control Music" and 'Motown Records. Yachty has been working with prominent rappers such as 'D.R.A.M. and "Chance the Rapper," among other rappers. The official website of Yachty also showcases his merchandise. Lil Yatchy worked at McDonald's when he was in Pebblebrook Highschool. This was where he met fellow talented rappers and producers. Yachty took up the Alabama State University for graduation, but he dropped out after two months. As a child, right from the earliest times, Yachty was inspired by the music that was distinct and was a break from the norm. This was due to his father who shared with him various music styles from his early days. In 2015, he opted for the moniker "Yachty" and relocated from Atlanta to New York, in order to become famous in life. He stayed with a friend in New York and searched for opportunities to enter the music business. While there he was able to meet street fashion celebrities online and developed a following on Instagram. He joined forces with Burberry Perry, producer and beat maker and then his main collaborator K$upreme. The group is referred to as  The Saling Team' and worked in Lil' Yachty's private studio. Drake's OVO Sound Radio broadcast his smash hit "Minnesota". It was his first big success. Lil Yachty's breakthrough moment was with the track '1Night'. The video for the track was posted on the internet and soon became a sensation. He was the center of media spotlight when the SoundCloud version of "One Night" was used in an online meme.
